This project embarked on its journey 10 years ago, focusing on the transformation of a charming 1925 historic cottage located in the waterfront neighborhood of Wardour, Annapolis. Our goal has consistently been to enhance the existing structure while ensuring a seamless integration with the surrounding landscape.

Phase One involves a comprehensive renovation and expansion, prominently featuring the design of a new kitchen and an expansive family room that reflects a blend of luxury and functionality.
